For most people, working on a will or trust is a scary experience. For my husband and I, it was a thoughtful and pleasant event. The pre-visit questionnaire helped us focus on what we wanted our trust to look like. All of the personnel were friendly and professional. We walked out with a document that meets our needs and with all of our questions answered. We highly recommend Estate Planning & Elder Law Services.

We had an initial consultation with Lisa Beatty for our mother in law. Though we live in Georgia, our mother in law is a Michigan resident and Lisa set up a Zoom/phone call to explain our options for Estate Planning and Medicaid assistance. After owning my small business and founding a non profit, working with knowledgable attorneys is a must. Lisa is fantastic. She spent time explaining (in detail) the Medicaid planning and Estate planning for our mother in law. We will recommend her to our mother in law for her Estate planning needs.

I attended the initial meeting with my parents to set up a Trust. The process went very smoothly and I am glad I got to experience it because now I know what I need to do. We only met with Christopher Lindsay 1 time, but he was so nice and genuine and you can tell he loves helping people through this. Shelly was our Paralegal, we met with her for the signing...what can I say about her...She's my spirit animal :). Absolutely loved her. And Brenda...she is absolutely adorable. EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

My husband and I are growing older and wanted to be prepared if anything were to happen to one or both of us. We attended an estate planning class taught by Christopher Lindsey and found it so informative and helpful, we decided to use his firm to set up a trust, prepare a will, and set up medical and legal powers of attorney. The firm made the process very easy. It was very easy to schedule our meetings and the administrative assistant Brenda was so helpful and extremely professional and courteous. We had two meetings with Christopher, first to discuss our wishes and then to review the documents and discuss next steps. We were given the option to meet either in person in their Ann Arbor office space or via Zoom. We had one additional meeting with paralegal Melanie in person so we could sign all the documents. After signing we were sent an electronic copy of all the documents and also received a notebook with print copies. We are very happy with our experience with Estate Planning & Elder Law Services and recommend the firm without reservation.

Also the pricing was fair, and much less than my previous experience in another state, where I was charged 3 times as much for shoddy work.
