If I ever need a lawyer again, I will return to Mr. Pollice. While in the process of purchasing a new home it became obvious to me and my real estate agent that I needed the advise of a lawyer. Mr. Pollice agreed to take my case and began reviewing all my paper work on the day I first talked to him. Whenever I had a question, he responded in a timely manner. He was easy to get in touch with by phone or email. He returned calls promptly. He also communicated with the seller's title company for me. It was a huge relief to have someone representing me who knows real estate law. He was great at explaining everything to me in a clear, concise way that was easy to understand.
