Whoever the city attorney for Westland is-James Fausone, should be unemployed. One year ago somehow you chose not to charge my ex wife with beating our child. 24 times she hit him with a belt and buckle, and tied him to a bed, she confessed to CPS, and family court, yet you claim insufficient evidence?!?! Funny FOC and Oakland Cnty family court found PLENTY OF EVIDENCE, and gave me SOLE custody. A Man in Michigan with SOLE custody. So glad my son undergoes major counseling to deal with the abuse his mother put him through, THAT YOU SEEMINGLY FIND TO BE ACCEPTABLE! Several friends within the Livingston County Circuit Court probation and prosecutors office all said out here she’d be charged with felonies! HOW COULD YOU BE SO BLIND AND CARELESS TOWARDS A CHILD???? If it were me, we all know I’D BE IN PRISON FOR THE SAME THING! And to make it worse, you were too chicken to call and inform the abused party. You had the Detective call, who also had some very unkind words about your choice. You don’t even return one of the several calls I’ve made this year. You are a classless child abusing sympathizers! Shame on ALL OF YOU

Worst decision of my life to hire these people....used them ....now I'm locked out of my file....James Fausone refuses to take my calls....Vets Beware of these predators....

Disappointing. Fausone Bohn was hired for a simple business contract. The attorney turned out mediocre work that needed several revisions, which of course they passed the cost on to me. I ended up finishing the contract myself. Huge waste of money!
