VA denied my claim - and I understand why. I have compelling evidence that would otherwise sway or overturn the decision IF it were in the possession of a savvy legal representative. Well I guess I will have to find that elsewhere - because the so called "Legal Help for Veterans" appears to be soliciting cases with larger payouts and they absolutely give the appearance of not wanting to concern themselves with the likes of a Veteran such as myself (who 36 years later is still serving). If you're considering utilizing this firm for help - I would recommend to Veterans you go elsewhere for your "Legal Help". I urge you to to find someone who values you as a person, listens to you explain the legitimacy of your case, and stands for more than just the amount of your SCDC.

Called to try to get info & assistance, but the gal who answered the phone was quite perfunctory and off-putting, getting any answers was like pulling teeth.
