I have been trying to get a straight answer from someone for 3 yrs. Ms. Holly is less than helpful, Ms. Patricia is more helpful but everyone is so evasive it's not funny. At this point I would like an outside source to monitor for all litigants. That way when we need answers we don't get the runaround.

Transparency is needed. Many of us are holding on to inoperable vehicles at the expense of storage and towing fees in hopes of Ford buying back the lemon sold to us in the DPS6 transmission. Even though they are very responsive and informative on a general level, this firm has told us many things in 5 years about this lawsuit, asking us to remain with them after civil suits were reopened/settled, then the pandemic hit and last email information stated it is to switched states to litigate, not notifying us of this firms ability/inability to represent our claims in this new state (CA). While we do appreciate the representation, we need to know where we stand as litigants, a realistic view. I honestly look forward to returning here in order to change this review to higher stars... I've invested 5 years in this lawsuit, stored an inoperable vehicle at my expense and want Ford to be held accountable. I really want to change these stars to 5... gimme a reason.

The staff seems nice

I have been calling for months I even called his cell phone and left messages he left me with another law firm too help work on my case that was 2017 case still not filed I don't get any response very unprofessional and if the office says I have the wrong number I will show by post direct line cell phone number and office number so no one can lie and say I have the wrong numbers!!!!! You now respond with a lie only after I posted this review and called did I get a response and yesterday you told me attorney stern would call he didn't and as far as regular updates you haven't given me one from your firm in over a year I will copy and paste my last email from you date and time too prove it stop lying!!!!

I have relentlessly attempted to contact them. Usually I speak to a lady who assures me they will contact me fast forward months later and I can’t even reach them regarding my Nissan Altima cvt case. In the beginning they would contact me to sign this or sign that ever since I was told by one of them we won the cvt case I have struggled to reach them. I have even thought about visiting Michigan to actually find out what is going on. Sincerely Athena M. Greg is an awesome lawyer! As a kid, I got in some trouble with the law. Greg defending me well and got me a great deal. His knowledge, experience and expertise is tried and true by myself more than once. Doesn’t waste your money or nickel and dime you. I’ve used other lawyers and nobody has provided services like Greg Rohls!

Google him. He tried to block Michigan votes. He said he had no idea what he was submitting for Sidney Powell. Really? Bad lie. Can’t/doesn’t he read what he submits? Why was he suspended by other Attorneys in 2016?

Aided Sidney Powell in the attempted overthrow of President Elect Joe Biden. Attempted to overthrow democracy and nullify votes from legal citizens.
