I retained Alivia in 2018 when my house went for foreclosure. We just settled the case in 2021. She's wasn't just my attorney but also a great friend. Alivia always responded to my phone calls,text messages and my emails. I highly recommend her! If I ever need to retain (hope not) attorney I would definitely give he a call.

In over my head (& honestly I was panicking) Alivia calmed me down almost immediately. Five long years battling Ocwen mortgage company, who kept trying to foreclose on us even after they had approved a loan modification..found Alivia on NOLO and it was definitely a God send. From my first call to her till finding out we had finally got them to cooperate and modify our loan. It was finally OVER! We can rest at night our was saved. Alivia is very personable, sweet and warm. She is also encouraging however she is truthful and will not sugar coat your situation or her ability to help resolve it. This is exactly what we needed. Mrs. Arabo is an awesome lawyer. For over 2 years, I needed a lawyer to handle a home foreclosure issue but I was too intimidated to do so. Due to mounting medical bills, I was unable to keep up with my mortgage. Trying to negotiate with the bank was a nightmare. Unable to come to an agreement with the bank, they eventually foreclosed my house. I thought the worst was over until the bank won a judgement against me for the post foreclosure balance.
