Ms. Rose was able to help me with a difficult custody matter after several other lawyers told me there was nothing they could do. The difference is that she actually took the time to care about my situation, rather than just sluffing me off and saying it was too hard. I really appreciate all of her help.

Ms. Whaley represented me in a complicated bankruptcy matter. Several other attorneys had told me that they could not help me, and that it wasn't worth me filing because I do not have income that is garnishable. But Ms. Whaley understood that, even though I was not collectable, I need my credit to start improving for other reasons, and did not want outstanding judgments. She agreed to help me when noone else would.

Lacy represented me in a high-profile custody case and did an outstanding job. She does her research, is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle herself. I would highly recommend her.

At my first meeting with Lacy I felt very comfortable with her, making it easy for me to discuss my legal issues. Lacy is very professional and understanding. She's very good at taking on a role that you need (i.e. won't come in with guns blazing if you don't want a completely aggressive representation, but will stand up for you), is knowledgable on the facts, and is positive but realistic in presenting what you should expect as an outcome (i.e. offers much hope, without sugarcoating, and based on facts - doesn't just tell you what you want to hear). We didn't take our issues to court, but I would have been confident if it had come to that. I recommend!

Lacy handled my Divorce, she is very knowledgeable in this field, she did a great job, and I would hire her again if the need arises where I need an attorney.

I contacted Dr. Lacy Whaley, Esq. on two separate occasions regarding two legal issues, with first dealing with supplemental security income for a disabled child, and the second dealing with elder care for an incapacitated uncle. On both occasions, she showed herself to have a full command of the complex issues surrounding these legal topics, and was able to help me navigate the, sometimes intimidating, bureaucracy and red-tape that one finds in dealing with governmental entities. She listens empathetically, and makes sure that she understands each client's unique situation in order to meet his or her needs as best she can. I never felt like "just a number" or "just a client" in her office, but rather as a friend seeking--and receiving--advice. I recommend her highly.

Lacy has been my lawyer for a couple years now. She has helped me fight for my children and also fight for more child support. Lacy is very knowledgeable, organized, attentive, and always thinking of her clients. She has a sweet caring spirit and I would use her again and recommend her to family and friends.
