I consulted with this firm and received a quick response, no cost consultation, awesome service over the phone, a follow up email and a referral to actual attorneys who could help. I really appreciate this versus the majority of firms who is quick to refer urgent matters to the rabbit hole State Barhotline, completely in vain.

I really try not to be a “Karen” the best I can, but with this place having such great reviews, I was astounded by how absolutely rude the lady was that answered the phone. She spoke over me, cut me off continuously, and had some of the worst communication skills I have encountered. I realize a job like this can be tasking, but a little kindness goes a long way, and that woman had absolutely none. I had my call on speaker phone, and even my 13 year old daughter who overheard it all was appalled by the way she handled my call. Probably a great company, but whoever is handling calls could use a hug, and possibly a recap on how to be nice to people.

I spoke to a lady named Brandy today over the phone with a free consultation and she was one of the most helpful and sweetest people I've spoken to. I would highly recommend giving a call. I even called a second time to ask more questions and she was still happy to help still. She's was extremely knowledgeable and helped me more than i expected. again, I HIGHLY recommend you give a call and ask for Brandy. She will get you right!

I was in the vicinity and spotted this law firm. I truly believe that all was in 'divine order' lol for me to find this firm. I am currently dealing with an identity theft issue for my elderly father, but it's partnership-business related. Although my father's legal matter cannot be taken on by this firm, I was provided great information and alternate resources on how to proceed for/with my father. I spoke with Brandy, who was AWESOME in communicating the information/resources! From that phone call alone, I strongly feel that she is definitely an asset to that firm. Brandy even 'educated' me on the difference between a regular lawyer and a super lawyer. Knowing that Ian Lyngklip is one of a few super lawyers, one who fights for the 'little guys', AND one who has a very knowledgeable and passionate paralegal on his team... I will definitely use this firm if ever needed personally/as a consumer! I will certainly refer this firm to any/all who I come across needing identity theft (& related) legal services.

The paralegal/receptionist Brandy is what this world needs and when you go to law school and they want to know what problem in this world you want to advocate for, people like Brandy are who they are thinking about. The reason for becoming an officer of the court. In this mean world, just having a person stop and give you whatever genuine compassion through educating you on public processes (not legal advice) to make sure you can genuinely solve your problem even if it is public information that you didn’t know exist….. I’m surprised this wonderful human being is not a lawyer! She is the advocate the world needs. To Brandy thank you for just absorbing the darkness of dealing with identity theft, that gave me a little boost to keep fighting, and for your time & honesty!

I contacted this law firm desperately seeking legal advice and/or a referral for an attorney to help me with a problem I’m having with a local dealership. After reading the description of their services from their website, I knew that there was a great chance that they didn’t handle my kind of case. However, based on the reviews I’d read, I figured “Birds of a feather …” and was really hoping that they would just give me a referral to a really good associate of theirs. I got so much more. I spoke with Brandy and tried to briefly explain the problem I’m having without taking up too much of her time. Without a hiccup, Brandy explained what I should do, how I should do it, and where to go next. She gave me such detail that I have 3 pages of handwritten notes. She did let me know that they didn’t handle my type of case, but did tell me what to do before I should contact any attorney. So why 5 stars? …. I have never, in my long lifetime, experienced the compassion, sincerity, knowledge and experience that I got from Brandy, from any business, let alone a law firm. She took her time explaining things in a way I could understand. She spent a LONG time talking me off the ledge, so-to-speak, and me being a complete stranger didn’t seem to matter. At the end of our conversation, I had such an incredible swelling in my heart for this young lady. It was only at the end that she shared with me their firm’s philosophy, status, and record. No doubt, this firm is a champion for the underdogs regardless of their position in life. I am so glad that my research path led me to Lyngklip and Associates. After this ordeal, I’m certain that they will be at the top of my list of choices when I need to seek an attorney again.
