I really appreciate this versus the majority of firms who is quick to refer urgent matters to the rabbit hole State Barhotline, completely in vain.

I want to offer my wholehearted endorsement to Ian and his staff for the excellent legal services they provided in helping me resolve my legal issues with one of the largest credit card issuers in the world. The Money I had deposited in setting up this account was confiscated and they claimed I had spent the money prior to setting up the account. Ridiculous and untrue. Anyway after a legal referral from a local attorney, Ian agreed to take the case even though the money involved was not great. I found Ian to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Our communication throughout this process was outstanding and Ian was gracious with his time in answering all my questions and concerns. His staff, especially Brandy Moore, was outstanding. Brandy was the point person, and always was professional and courteous. Ian was very easy to talk to and if he was not available when I called, he returned the call promptly. Even though I live 200 miles from Ian's office he pursued this case doggedly and before long he had the credit card company crying uncle and wishing to settle. I was very happy with the settlement that I received. I am the co-signer for an automobile that my granddaughter purchased. I could not understand why we were approved even though my credit score was high, our income was not. Attorney Lyngklip brought it to my attention that the only consideration between the dealership and the finance company was that my credit score was high. He also brought it to my attention that I am in fact the owner of the automobile not the co-signer. Like many other grandmas I have gotten myself caught in "quicksand". Some time ago Ian helped me to recover, my vehicle, my tax, return and a lein on my house....for months I was harassed at home, work and through the mail. I tried to just hide and stopped answering the phone and then the collection agency took it a step farther and filed doctored documents in court.
