Bob Baldori came to us as a savior in 2018 claiming to be a politically connected cannabis licensing guru. Within 6 months he'd placed himself at the center, brought in partners, forged documents, created division, sowed deceit and looked to take control. After lengthy court battles he failed, he didn't get a single penny nor did his front man. But our business grandfathered in since 2013 was destroyed in the fight. The man is a predator looking to take what is not his, a parasite. He is "Jerry Haggerty" from the movie "Middle Men". Beware, he will ask for a percentage, an ownership, once he worms his way in. If he is your attorney, you will need an attorney to protect yourself from him.
