Staff is ONLY there to rip you off! The attorney on my case stated on the record that my case was pro bono yet bombarded me with bills totaling over 5k in a case where I accepted the deal that was offered on day one of my proceedings. If you call their office you're charged, even if you merely request a return call, that you'll never get so you call days later incurring more charges. Found SEVERAL charges for calls that never took place which I had to prove through my cell provider. Once might be a mistake, 7...NO!!! Jamie White was HOURS late to my sentencing. Judge called my name 4x total each moved me back because my lawyer hadnt arrived. Once he did, court broke for a short recess and he didnt return for another hour and a half. I was scheduled for 830am, he arrived at 1045am & left to assist a client in the jail. Due to his absence I wasnt seen until 130pm & he had the audacity to bill me for the hours he was MIA with other clients. Of course like anyone would have...when he wasnt there at 830am (and still not there by 1030am) I called the office 3x total to ask if there was an ETA. 40 second call. Charged ~$15 for each call. A nightmare!!! I'm truly grateful to the PROSECUTOR for the deal offered as it was clear Jamie could care less about the several felonies I was charged with. Only cared about racking up billable hours....for time spent working on OTHER CLIENTS.....and....on a PRO BONO case that I am now being collected on for over 5k. If you have endless funds and are guilty.....I hear he's good........

After going back and forth with phone calls for 3 days I got a voicemail saying that they could not take my case. Which is fine. However when I called to get clarification they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then called me from a “scam likely number” and then proceeded to block me? I am now unable to contact anyone. Even though they left ME a voicemail to get into contact with them. This sounds like a SCAM

Very disappointed in Jamie White. Had a brief conversation where he completely misinterpreted the case. I hope people realize the number of ratings for the firm are highly unusual and are written by guides with very low activity. Draw your own conclusions.
