Mr White and his team are absolutely amazing!!! I would come back for their legal services again and again! They are kind, caring, and professional. They saved my husband from being wrongly convicted and saved our family from so much stress and turmoil that we thought we could never get through!!!! Thank you again to this amazing team! • I would NOT recommend this firm or specifically, Ms. Frazho for Guardianship specifics. Very incompetent, misleading and dishonest staff (paperwork falsely filled out, lack of follow through). My case should of never been a case as it did not meet legal criteria according to the form. The form was incorrectly filled out, box 6b was checked, that does not and did not represent my situation and it was submitted. During the hearing, with CPS recommendations that my grandson should be placed with me, the judge could not rule as it was out of his jurisdiction to do so due to the fact I did not met criteria, regardless how he felt personally he could not grant the motion, he stated this. The judge specifically asked if Ms. Frazho if a petition was prepared for him, she responded she did not. The form states specifics, I did not meet those from day one, I was transparent with my information, and even pressed the issue further due to feeling unsettled about the responses I was receiving. I was told that the minor child ONLY had to be in my care the day of filing, but can return to his home if requested by the parents, that he did NOT have to be living with me....I have proof of this exact response via email from Ms. Frazho. I asked for a full refund of my retainer fee, and had no response I was misrepresented, mislead, and ethically treated wrong. The consistent lack of communication, follow through, and incompetency of the staff, primary Blake and Desmond, are unable to offer any help regarding general questions (unless fee related), yet you're advised to reach out for anything you may need, this resulting in further charges being accrued because they have to resort to asking Ms. Frazho, while never returning your phone call as they agreed too, causing me to have to call again and again to resolve a question 3-4 days prior. The amount of stress this whole "case" caused, was something that could of been avoided if Ms. Frazho was knowledgeable of legal boundaries and regulations, in this case she did not display that, costing me more than a $2000.00 retainer fee. Be AWARE, there is a criteria, go to the court house and obtain a copy for yourself, to see if you meet criteria, before investing in legal help, ask questions and go with your instinct, I wish I would of, but I trusted this attorney to also know her scope of practice.
