Mr. Harkness took my case on short notice and I am extremely happy with the result. The case was a simple misunderstanding that resulted from consumption of one too many drinks and an unsuccessful attempt to walk home. Mr. Harkness knew the law, was an effective negotiator, and was able to secure a preferable plea deal for my case. Mishaps occur in life; I am just happy that Mr. Harkness was here to help me with mine. I will look to Mr. Harkness in the future for all legal concerns.

A friend of mine referred me to The Clark Law Office. I wanted an attorney because I was in pain after a car accident and the insurance was giving me a hard time paying for my medical treatment and prescriptions. David successfully helped me recover the no fault benefits covered under the law. They did a great job with my case and got me what I deserved.

My son was represented by Matthew Clark and he did a great job. He was able to negotiate an acceptable plea and overall the outcome was as good as we could hope for. He was very easy to approach and answered any and all questions that we had. This was very important to us and he handled it in a very professional manner. I visited recently to discuss a Civil Infraction with Shawn P. Calabrese and Zacharia S. Bonham. By the time I left the office I felt confident, competent, and knowledgeable about my specific situation. These attorney's are great at what they do by having a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. In the future there is no other law office in the state of Michigan I would rather go to for my legal representation. I would recommend them to my friends and family alike.

I hired Mr. Harkness at the beginning of this year, 2011. I had no prior criminal record and found myself in a terrifying situation with the law. Cullen was very professional, and the fact that he was able to put me at lease about the situation was worth the money alone. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone who is in need of legal counsel. Mr. Harkness is very knowledgeable, will fight ruthlessly for your case, but most importantly, is trustworthy.

Cullen was wonderful. He kept me informed through the whole thing. If any little thing changed, he would contact me right away. I felt very comforable with asking him any questions, and he was very quick to answer anything. I felt at ease with him through the whole process and he made sure that I understood everything that was going on. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cullen was the best lawyer ever!! With my charges I was facing up to 6 months of jail time (my future did not look pretty) and I ended up with two civil infractions, thanks to him. Cullen knows what he's doing and is very down to earth. I highly recommend him!!
