I will not recommend any attorney other than Toby or Giget the are very supportive and understanding my son was facing a murder charge they walked me threw every step to make sure we understood and were very compationate and and caring for my needs as a mother I love this team and if i ever need a lawyer again it will be them

I hired this attorney at the beginning of the year. The office does not like to return phone calls. I've even stopped in the office to talk to Toby and he is not inand ive stopped in Several times. We pay these people good money they should return phone calls. I have no clue what's going on with my case. I am so disappointed. it would be great if I can just get my money back since no one wants to return my phone call. Attorneys are overrated and overpaid.

I had placed my story on legal match and , Mr. Baranski responded by saying I could have a free 30 minute consultation. I thought great. So Monday rolls around and I contacted his office to try and set up a time to talk about my situation. A young lady took my information and said he would call me back. He din not! So Thursday afternoon, I emailed him and his response was about 7 words long, stating I needed to contact a attorney in North Carolina about my issue. So I politely inquired why and he said I entered into my online contract there. I Then I asked why do you say that, when I live in Michigan and the payment came from my Michigan credit union account. He failed to even give me the piece of mind of a decent explanation. He could read my story on legal match in which I was very thorough with. If I need a attorney from North Carolina , why even respond in the first place. If he was a good attorney or even practiced for 33 yrs like his profile says , then he would have not even responded to me in the first place. I have a feeling his good reveiws come from his friends or colleagues at his law firm.With that being said, I would approach this man with caution, some people may only have one shot at a litigation process. Don't make the mistake of hiring the wrong advocate for your situation.

Toby has been my lawyer since 2001 during that year that I was incarcerated I wasn’t supposed to get out till the end of January next thing I know I’m being called to court. Toby got me early release and got me home for Christmas all without me even asking him to get me early release. Thanks Toby! Every time I call he calls me right back same day.
