UPDATE: Mr. White and his associate, Alex Rusek, shredded the Capital Area District Library's case against me and it was dropped by the prosecutor. It's true that the library's nonsensical, unproveable claim about anti-Trump grafitti in a restroom was ludicrous, especially claiming it to be a felony, but it would have been a much more difficult defense if I had been on my own. White and Rusek left the prosecutor helpless and the library security guard humiliated. Moreover, I was always treated with the utmost respect by Mr. White and everyone who works in his office. INITIAL IMPRESSION posted earlier: Attorney James White was described as an aggressive, pro-active defender, so I decided to seek his counsel. It was true. He took the time to listen, but then went right to the heart of the matter and took action. I immediately felt I was in good hands. Moreover, his office staff did everything to put me at ease before he arrived. I was offered the beverage of my choice and a comfortable place to sit. This might seem like a minor thing, but these things help a beleaguered spirit hold on to dignity. I mean, how many times are you told you can turn a television up, down, off, or change the channel in a waiting room? I enjoyed speaking with office assistant Sohela in the short time I had to wait for paperwork to be completed and Director of Operations Blake Lertzman was organized and kind at the same time. I am proceeding with the greatest confidence.
