I have spoke to a lot of attorneys over the past 2 weeks (19) and it is nearly impossible to find a foreclosure attorney that really knows the laws and has years of experience dealing the sheriff sales and foreclosure. Most of the "foreclosure" attorneys are bankruptcy attorneys that just want to push you into a bankruptcy.
