Brad and his team have helped our company close several commercial real estate deals, always professionally which has made me a repeat customer. In November 2023, we had a closing with a out of state seller who's title company did not have things correct, but Brad was able to overcome several hurdles and get deal closed on time which was very impressive. recently needed assistance in regard to facilitating a real estate transaction. I retained Aldrich Legal Services. Everyone I encountered while in there offices was extremely nice. Attorney Brad Aldrich was very well versed in all of the legal issues that were of my concerns. ( Additionally, he was conversational and a very likable guy ). Lastly, I borrow words from iconic entertainer Tina Turner. Office manager Lisa Hamilton was "Simply The Best." "Buyer Beware"!!! They were the worst legal representation ever! They billed my Mother who is 78 yrs old over $10,000 which she paid them in full with zero results! Her lawsuit was for Her & My deceased Father's Life Savings! My sibling tricked my 79 yr old Father to sign her on their Bank Account and take my Mother off the account. My Parents are both Senior Citizens & they were cohersed, threatened and abused by undue influence from my sister who won all my Parents Life Savings! What a shame!!! Be Careful...🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
