Richard D Smalls is very helpful guy. I had a lot of problems going on through my life he help me my way out. Drivers license suspended for two years he talk to attorneys to reduce prices for me ask l for a different charges and tries his best to beat any case. I have went to court three times and been charged with driving without license. all cases have been reduced and charged with something that won't show up on my record. If I haven't ran into Richard I wouldn't be where I am today.

Richard took my nephew case a year ago and my nephew was facing armed robbery charges. Richard did everything that he could to make sure my nephew didn't do any jail time...
