This service is useless. The Online Enrollment Form link doesn't lead to a form. It leads to a list of "toolkits" that I'm supposed to search thru until I find the one I want. Be my own lawyer. Links to the printed forms refuse to open. Average wait time on hold, 30 minutes. Minimum 7.50 at 25c / minute to be told no one can help me is not worth the risk. But I'll bet everyone associated with this place thinks they're performing a vital service to the community.
