Mr. Rubin was highly recommended to represent my son who was wrongfully charged. He listened, he believed, and he took the case. Mr. Rubin took the time to investigate all avenues of my son's defense. He examined the evidence, investigated case law, lined up potential expert witnesses, in short, Mr.Rubin was not afraid to take the case the distance.
We were successful because of Mr. Rubin's due diligence. I believe we received justice. Case Closed.

Josh was very attentive through the entire legal process and was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of the legal system. Josh was able to reach out to law enforcement and have my case dismissed before it even reached the court room! I do not have enough positive things to say about him! Josh Rubin. Remember that name. This is a man that is not scared to fight and will stand beside you. The case went to jury trial, and he WON which avoided a lengthy prison sentence. He has a reputation as a skilled trial attorney, and it showed. Josh was not afraid to stand up for me and in the end his fees were very reasonable. Trust in Josh Rubin.

Josh performed a miracle and kept me out of jail for a probation violation. He was able to convince the judge to give me the result I was praying for. Josh is able to speak to the judge, the DA and the head of probation in a fact based persuasive manner that won mycase. I highly recommend him.
