Set an appointment to speak to an attorney. The only method to make an appointment was to set it online and pay $35.00 Waited two weeks for the appointment. On the exact time, nobody called. I called the office but was impossible to reach anybody live, Left a message. I have not received a return call. I am very disappointed that this law office was so unprofessional. Very disappointed. Waited two weeks to speak to But to no avail.

Set up appointment back in September, the firm called to cancel due to emergency hearing. I requested to call back when I knew I would have time again. Tried to call back, left voicemail and no one is getting back to me to reschedule appointment!

They do not care if you know about a upcoming court date or not. They will randomly send an email out but in my case never got it. Got court documents from another client as well as documents stating I missed court date which is really not good. Checked with office staff and she said they have been having problems with the system, hmmm. So now chances of me getting more time with my child have greatly be compromised. You are just a number push here.
