I finally got my work completed at the end of September for something that I started in May. I was told it was "a pretty straight forward case" that would be done in a month. I was treated like an after thought the entire time! By my attorney lying about filing motions (i called the court myself to verify if he was doing what he claims he was) to calling last minute regarding my court dates! Then when we were before the referee I asked my attorney to state for the record my reasons for filing the motion, at which time he seemed really annoyed that I asked him to do what I was paying him for!!! I wiped out my savings account to hire him, and in the end I regret it entirely. If you're looking for someone to treat you with respect and in a professional manner this is not the place!!!! When I talked to the office assistant about my concerns, she told me "Mr. Sexton has very bad time management skills and I'm sorry you fell through the cracks because of this" but nothing was done to make up for it.
