If I could give less than 1 star I would. Jimmy only like to listen to himself not his clients. He wouldn't even investigate how my sister got my dead father's money or stop them from screwing me. Doesn't want to return calls won't answer simple questions, he doesn't even hear you just himself. If you want a good attorney that care's about the case don't go to this guy.

James Pratt takes your money promises you everything in the world and then loses the case. When you try to contact him to figure out another way to handle this his secretary says yes he is in hold on a second and you can hear him in the background telling her to tell me that he is in a meeting. He does not return your phone calls. He is not a good lawyer when he came into court with me he was telling the judge wrong information didn’t know what case he was even there for on top of it all the judge told him not to talk unless he was asked to also ask him why he was even there in the first place. Do not waste your money this guy only cares about getting your money Not about your case at all.

I hired Steven for a Family Law issue. His compassion and respect for my case were always present. His willingness to go above and beyond at times was an indication of how personal his clients are to him. I was never once treated like just another case, and always related to with both empathy and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Steven.

Horrible Lawyer!!! Did not relay information correctly or take anything of my debt into consideration. Left me in OVER 66K worth of debt from a divorce case without making the marital debt joint, along with telling me to just file bankruptcy with the amount I owe my Ex husband which is not allowed.... Made me pay for MY vehicle and was going to leave a single mother with SOLE physical custody with NO vehicle, he did not want to even fight for the car for me. Debt associated with car was paid for through child support deviations and yet still showing I owe this money in judgement of divorce. Made me pay for a 4 wheeler that was the KIDS 4 wheeler NOT a marital property. Signed exclusive use and possession of the marital home but let the other party put in the judgement of divorce I owe the deficit of the selling of the marital home. Never told me the date for divorce hearing date, or enter judgement date. I never was given a copy of the Judgement of Divorce to REVIEW before it was finalized. Judgement was entered WITHOUT my signature and knowledge. He did not fight for the safety of the children which Ex has previous Domestic Violence charges towards me with information on the children too. He was useless and I will NEVER recommend him to ANYONE! MALPRACTICE lawyer!!! Now I have to get another lawyer to fight a case that should have already been handled correctly.. If there was a NO star option he would receive that!!!!!

I hired Mr. Heisler for a breach of contract / judgment collections case. He never worked in my best interest, never filed and served paper work in a timely manner. He also loses pertinent information on the defendant. When I called to set up phone appointments he would call and leave voicemails instead of actually talking on the phone. Very unprofessional and would not recommend

Lawyer never returned our calls made us do all the leg work and in the end lost the slam dunk case we should have had. Do not go with him even if he seems cheap .
