Mr. Giffels and his staff are excellent at handling claims. Very prompt and straight to the point. I couldn't be more impressed with the way he treats his clients and always returns phone calls. He also is very down to earth explaining everything so you can understand what's going on. I would recommend his law office to anyone who is dealing with an injury.

I was in pretty bad car accident over the summer. Jim and I went to high school together, so he reached out to see if there was anything I needed. First of all, he cared if I was okay. Secondly, he educated me on my options for any compensation I might be able to receive to help make me whole again. I had no idea about any of it, but he explained everything in a way I could understand. He helped bring peace and restoration and I can't thank him enough. He was SO great to work with.Thanks, Jim!

Mr Giffel dealt with me and helped me with my mold poisoning from living in an apt with a roof leak that the apts refused to fix. I would definitely recommend him if you also live in an apt that is dangerous.
