Given my charge, I did not have high hopes for the potential outcome. Kurt suggested I do a few activities related to the event in order to gain favor, and be seen in a better light by the court. Needless to say I was very happy with how everything turned out, and how well he did his job of giving me the best possible outcome.

Kurt Richardson prepared and filed the necessary forms in order to object to a PPO ( Personal Protection Order ) that I was served with. Due to the nature of the PPO, there was a very small window in which an objection could be filed. Kurt was as fast as he was accurate in getting the objection filed correctly and on time. Throughout the process, I had a great number of concerns and questions. Kurt made himself very available to set my mind at ease regarding my concerns as well as provide me with on the spot answers to my questions. I had communicated with Kurt via phone calls, text messages, and emails, all of which he was prompt and complete in his response. I found the price for his service to be fair especially considering the volume of communication that was exchanged.

I was never in trouble before and I was really worried about how the charges and possible jail time would change my life. My name isn't important but my story is. I have Crohns Disease...it was diagnosed last year after my 2nd of 6 surgeries. At 37 years old, I was preparing to start a family when I got sick. My entire life turned upside down. Unable to get solid food down without excruting pain, a complete lack of appetite and unrelenting nausea from pain medication- a friend of mine brought over Marijuana edibles and for the first time since I'd been diagnosed I was able to get myself comfortable enough to eat. FOUR months later, I received a call that there was a warrant out for my arrest. SERIOUSLY? I'd learned earlier that month that I would not be able to have kids thanks to my disease and the meds I require- so the only thing that was going through my head was that this ridiculous possession charge (my Medical card was approved) would keep me from adopting a child. Not only did Kurt Richardson defend me and get my charges dismissed...he also referred me to an adoption lawyer who would help me when I was ready. Hiring Kurt was the best money I've ever spent. When I needed to talk, he listened. When I txt him, he always responded. I'd absolutely recommend him.

I recently hired him for my criminal case for a shoplifting charge. I would highly recommend Kurt Richardson for a lawyer. I had gotten myself into a predicament I never thought I would be in and he helped & advised me through this difficult time.
