My father passed away almost 4 years ago and Keenan and Austin still have failed to get everything done. He is slow with replying, I practically have to hound him just to get a response from him. I think it’s time for them to retire considering my father had a VERY straight forward trust and will. I wish I could leave -5 stars. I am tired of having to hound him to get things done, going on two weeks now with no response.

I called about a landlord/tenant situation I'm having and was told since I'm the tenant there's nothing they can do because they only deal with landlords..that i would have to find another attorney and hung up on me. How rude can you be? At least refer me to someone that can help me

Mr. Keenan was direct and to the point. Put my mind at ease and if needed, I have kept his information for future enquiries and I will hire him if necessary. I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable.

John and Jan were awesome to work with. I had a tenant at one of our rental properties who refused to move out even though her lease had expired, and the lease we'd been using from our realtor wasn't the best. John sat down with me and went over everything we needed to do. He personally went to court and got us an eviction quickly. Afterword he provided us with a new lease with better wording so the next time we should have even less trouble. Our company is much better off now that we have Keenan & Austin P.C. in our corner. I had a wonderful experience with both John and Jan! They were very kind and instructive while looking over some legal documents for me. Making sure that they understood exactly what I wanted and taking the time to review everything and make sure it was written correctly. They were also very prompt with sending everything over and had it finished right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know and will make sure to use them again if the need arises.

I bought a house in Redford Township. Without John & Jan's help, I would not have been able to complete the deal. Their level of real estate law knowledge is astounding and they often found ways to make the process easy for me. They went over all the documents with me personally and made sure that I had a very solid understanding of what I was signing and how it would affect my life. Their real estate experience was the biggest factor as to why I have a home in Redford Township today, if I did not have John & Jan on my side, there's no way I would own my own home right now. I hired Attorney Keenan to handle the sale of two rental properties I owned. I found him to be knowledgable of real estate law. He prepared the necessary documents needed to sale the properties, explained the paperwork to me and the buyers and informed me of what I needed to do. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him.
