Reese was very professional during our entire transaction. He was also very quick to respond to all of the parties involved and was excellent at keeping all parties informed on what was going on in real time. He was able to overcome any obstacle that came our way and ensured that the deadlines in our agreements were met. Dan did a great job in helping us resolved our probate case. My case was unique but yet similar to some of the probate cases out there. My uncle died in suddenly and unexpectedly in such a horrible tragic event. His siblings were upset because my uncle left them with nothing and they were in denial and couldn't accept the fact that they weren't getting a dime. Therefore, those family members challenge my uncle's Will and Dan did an excellent job of representing our case by letting the judge and the court system know that this is an example of an angry and greedy family members that are left with nothing and trying to get something that didn't belong to them. Dan did an awesome job on helping us navigate our probate case he walked us through step by step on what to expect and eventually those family members who challenged the Will dropped their case because they knew they weren't going to win. My aunt and I are thankful for Dan's expertise and knowledge in this difficult time. We are greatful and happy for Dan's services, we cannot thank him enough he did an outstanding job!
