The State of Michigan issued a Redetermination on my PUA claim and indicated I did not qualify for PUA benefits. The state also sent me a letter indicating that I owed all of the money they had previously paid me back. To qualify for benefits and then to be told that you don’t is very stressful and a huge burden. I protested my redetermination and was granted a hearing. Don’t try and take this on by yourself! Hire a professional that is well versed in employment law. I consulted with Seth and he said he thought I had a case. We went to trial and we prevailed. I couldn’t have been successful without him. He’s a great attorney that knows the law and his flat fee structure was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone having Unemployment or PUA related issues.

Over the years I have had to engage several different attorney's for various things. I have to say that by far I would rate Seth the best attorney I have ever worked with. He is extremely professional but most importantly he got the results we wanted and he responded in a timely fashion with consistent follow up prior to my case hearing. I spent about 4 days trying to find an attorney to respond to my inquiries. Seth responded within the same day and gave me an overview of his thoughts my severance package. He provided his flat fee rate which was reasonable so that he could review my contract completely and address any questions I had from the contract. I figured this would be in his queue and be completed in a couple of weeks. To my surprise and pleasure, he completed this in less than two business days and reviewed the contract with me. Seth really went to work for me on my disability case. He had to have spent countless hours on preparation for my hearing as my medical documents alone were over 500 pages. The brief for the judge was outstanding, covered all of the critical dates, procedures, ongoing conditions and medications summed up for an easy read for the judge and it sure showed at the hearing. I have not received a decision on my case as of today but regardless of the outcome, Seth was the utmost professional in his communication, preparation prior to the hearing for myself and what to expect . So prepared, the judge simply went through the motions, asked me a few questions and said he was prepared to make a decision (which still takes time to process) but extremely confident there will be a positive outcome in my case.
