I recently called his office to gather information about real estate attorneys and to see if I needed to hire one regarding a probate case and selling my fathers house. He was very professional and very nice. He answered all my questions and explained what services he could provide to me. He also gave me some great legal advice if I chose to move forward with selling the house and a classic car.

John Little, Is not only a good Attourney, but a good person. When faced with almost certainty of losing my home due to backed property tax’s in Oakland county. He was the only person to not just take the case, but to make serious allegations of Fraud against the county. I was facing the lose of not just my home, but essentially the next 20 years of my life, with a ton of racked up debt. He put his heart and soul into the case wrote a 45+ page motion personally and saved not only my house but my life. This lawyer cares. Don’t make the mistake of not retaining him. Fantastic attorney through and through! My husband and I contacted John Little when we stumbled upon concealed mold in our sun-room shortly after the purchase of our home. Because it was a small-claims case, John stressed that we did not need a lawyer however, as first time home owners and having it be the first time we had sued anyone, we felt more comfortable reviewing the case with an attorney. John's cost was extremely reasonable and quite lower than other area lawyers. John responded to phone calls and emails the same day and spent a great deal of time speaking with us regarding our concerns. When no other attorney "had the time" to take my little questions, John stepped up and answered all of them! My law suit may not be big but I would much rather give that money to someone who steps up to help and who is fair and honest.

I actually heard about Mrs. Boylan from my friend who used her for a car accident that he got in. She got him a nice settlement. I had a run in with the police and got a possession charge. My friend recommended his lawyer and I used her. She was awsome! I got the charge removed and only had to do community service. Definitely worth it
