I retained Mr. Daniel for a possible serious matter. Mr. Daniel's retainer was very fair and affordable. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone, emails and he also reviewed some documents and material. Mr. Daniel returned phone calls and emails promptly - even on the weekend.
When the case dissipated, and he was no longer needed, Mr. Daniel immediately returned my unused retainer. He was more than kind with the reported time he spent on the case. If anything develops, I will retain Mr. Daniel once again.

Mr. Daniel is a lawyer who actually cares about his clients. He isn't afraid to hold the prosecution to their burden and take a case to trial. Communicates regularly and returns phone calls in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Horrible man that take no responsibility for his actions. Claims to support families but his lack of support of women has cost 3 people his lives and 2 more women beaten and injured because he doesn’t do his own homework. Places blame on everyone but him. That is narcissistic. He should be charged and disbarred. Step down and avoid further humiliation. I hope the innocent souls you helped kill haunt every moment of your life.

If you can’t be accountable for your actions you don’t get the privilege of deciding when others should be accountable for their actions. I read your history and it looks very admirable. This doesn’t offset the fact that your inaction led to the murders of three people.

He has been outstanding at this point. We are now working on getting the blower out of my car. It seems to be as hard to get it out as it was to put in. We are waiting on my hearing, I will know more at that time. I would highly recommend Troy!
