In my opinion Troy Daniel is a con man. He convinced me 100% that the case against my son would be won or thrown out. But after retaining his services he was impossible to contact regarding the case. The afternoon before the trial he informed my son that he had to plead guilty the next morning. This was the only time he contacted us regarding his case.

Troy Daniel handled my 3rd DUI Case after being referred to him by a lawyer where I live. He did a great job at negotiating a plea deal and consulting me on which direction to go in (trial vs plea bargain). Although I often wonder what the results would of been from going to trial, I am happy that we were able to get it dropped down to a second offense charge with minimum jail time. He helped me dodge a bullet and I have not taken it for granted. Straight and sober is the path I am on now.

Att. Troy Daniels did a superb job in representing me in this matter. He took his time in properly preparing me. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and experienced, and was very attentive to my case. We won at the first hearing! Thanks to Troy and the staff for the great job !

He did not fight for the rights of my children. He did not ask significant questions to my witnesses and did not properly address evidence which was supplied..he has failed to properly represent me,he is unprofessional and should not be trusted.I hired him to handle a simple show cause which lead to the suspension of my parenting time.he seems to be more interested in protecting law enforcement and court officials than protecting the rights of my children.Do not trust him.I. have not seen my children in 10 months.

Awful! I had mister Daniels for a divorce lawyer and it was the biggest mistake of my life! He did not counsel me at all when it came to child custody and didn't even know how many children I had when we went to court! The judge had to correct him! I now have to go back to court again to try to change the custody agreement. If I had been counseled better I would have never agreed to the terms.

The case resulted in the most favorable outcome I could have hoped for, largely due to Mr. Daniel’s effective communication skills and his positive, professional relationship with the officials of the court system. Throughout the process, Mr. Daniel and his able, effective assistant Brandy were promptly responsive to my calls and e-mails. Six months after the resolution of my case, I found that there was an error in the public police record. Mr. Daniel promptly contacted the court and resolved the issue, once again demonstrating his professionalism and commitment. I would strongly recommend Troy B Daniel for effective, responsive, professional legal representation.

I am lucky I hired Mr. Daniel. I am not from the Roscommon area, and hoped that I could find a local lawyer to handle my case. Mr. Daniel proved to be exactly what I was hoping for. He is very familiar with the Roscommon court system, was professional and knowledgeable throughout, and helped me resolve my case quickly and effectively. I could not be happier with the result, and I could not be happier with his services.

Absoulutly excellent! Mr. Daniel did an oustanding job, its not to often you go to to court and get all your charges dropped! I had to do some things on my part ( he is not a miricle worker) but thats what he did for me, he is extremly knowlegable in matters concerning driving charges and the process that it takes to get through them. I can't thank his secretary Bandy enough for her patiance all the faxes I sent the many phone calls I made if she didn't know she found out for me or Mr. DanIel called me the same day I never had to wait a period of time for an answer. I would reccomend Mr.Troy B. Daniel to anyone with any legal matter. Top to bottom an oustanding law office!
