Great bunch of people. Quick professional very up front and made everything easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Less than a month, start to finish. These people are Quick , professional and so friendly! I had the pleasure of working with about a handful of these lovely individuals and every interaction was never disappointing. I received answers to questions that I asked on a Sunday , talk about stellar customer service. Everything was handled through the phone , text , email and zoom. court meeting included! Lawrence Lundy and his team are amazing!!!

I guess the service depends on who you’re assigned to. Nicole the chapter 13 paralegal is terrible. She doesn’t return calls and when you do finally get a call back she hasn’t reviewed things from her on point of view. She relays information from former paralegal notes that’s no long with the firm without doing her own follow up. Her attitude is nasty. She has terrible phone etiquette. Maybe she doesn’t realize the firm is being paid to do a service for their clients and she isn’t doing any favors so she shouldn’t treat people as such. It took me months to get a call back regarding my case from her only to get nothing. I have referred people to the firm but now I regret that I’ve done so. I’ll be glad when I am done with this chapter. I do not recommend this firm for chapter 13 as the end has been a nightmare thanks to Nicole.

Don't try to get student loan debt removed, they take your money and have no clue what they are doing

From the very first phone call, Lawrence was incredibly understanding and helpful! He took the time to talk to us and learn our situation and how we got to where we are, learn about our family and then explain our options without EVER ONCE making us feel judged or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the future. I can't say Thank you enough to Lawrence and his team for giving our family options and a little confidence again!

I literally do not even have the words to express how absolutely amazing, kind, understanding & professional Lawrence, Regan & Josh are. Like many others, from the first call, Lawrence genuinely cared about me, my family and my situation. I have never met a kinder soul in my life! Regan- she runs the ship and is beyond fantastic at her job and beyond fantastic of a person! She was sooo good with communication, following up, answering any questions, and more! Josh is and was so knowledgeable and was able to file everything for me. When I struggled to understand what paperwork he needed, he walked me through or found it for me!
