This is old...but...because Darren Findling taught me just how dishonest a lawyer can be...i might as well tell my experience with him....my Dad died in a housefire in 2005 in Detroit without a will...Darren seemed nice becasue he was my age but we had a mild disagreement...he ended up telling me "Im going to take all the property your father left from you"....I know...hard to believe right??? Darren didnt know I fight with a pen....I said nothing, no arguing...I went home, turned on my PC, and filed a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission and told the whole story....by the time I seen him at our next appointment, it was tense....he didnt mention taking my Father's property again and when the probate ended it was assigned to me....not sure if it had been the same ending had I not fought back....be careful with them
