I hire professionals for their expertise, to do the things I have no business doing. When it comes to attorneys, laws dictate that I should expect perfection, & shouldn't have to proof-read legal docs. Boy-o-boy, am I ever glad I did. I found bold, obvious mistakes made in paperwork, which was needed for my sworn stmt for probate, before I attended Zoom court session, at Probate Pros office. I called and reported the paperwork mistake about a week before court date, received the corrected copies, on Friday, just before the Wednesday court appearance. I was on Zoom in the Royal Oak office, my "substitute" attorney, was on Zoom in Florida, and the judge was on Zoom at the Oakland County Probate court. A 3-way Zoom. The County clerk popped in ahead of the judge, and said we had a problem: "Who is Alejandro H******** etc...?" (That's exactly what I said.) Corrected copies never made it to the County Probate Court, which delayed Zoom court start time, while corrected copies were faxed. Took about 15-minutes. After being sworn & approved by judge, and the final paperwork being signed by me in Royal Oak, I was told I was done. Shortly afterward my accident attorney dispersed funds, and paid off Probate Pros. He sent copies to me. My case was closed. I had also finished up my business with the criminal case, delivering a 10-page "victim impact statement" a month earlier. I was thinking I could finally "breathe", & get my life back on track. But, noooo. I found myself residing in a version of, "Groundhog Day"... re-living the same problem, over & over, again & again. Apparently, the follow-up signed paperwork, from my Zoom Probate Court appearance, never left the Probate Pros office, to go to Oakland County Probate court. It was never received by Oakland County Probate and never got placed on the docket for completion. Just like those "corrected copies" never made it. I discovered this about 2-weeks ago - while proof-reading docs before putting them to use. Expired dates got my attention this time. This was the beginning of my nightmare. According to Oakland County Probate court, my case is still open. I immediately called Probate Pros. Took about 30-minutes to get a call back. After about a 10-minute discussion, Probate Pros admitted to "dropping the ball", as there was no proof on file that my case was actually complete. It was, indeed, considered "closed", until I brought attention to this matter. Not only have I hand-delivered every shred of paperwork required, quickly & completely, I have made myself 100% available, 24/7, throughout. Until this most recent fiasco, there was no personal touch... no "one-on-one" to get to know me and my case. Nothing. Shuffled from one person to another via phone calls. I had never spoken to, or laid eyes on my assigned attorney. One voicemail from him, stating that Probate Pros would be handling my case. I spoke to so many different paralegals, or office personnel, the only one I spoke to more than once, was Patrice, and now she no longer works there. The assigned attorney just now got involved, by phone, and we are trying to work this out... but once again, it's Probate Pros fault, that things went sideways... but, the bulk of the burden has fallen on me. Now, I am tasked with providing info to file an amendment to inventory, when there was never an inventory done in the first place, which now puts me back into a 4-month probate process, and more waiting time. Saturday, I received a letter from Oakland County...requesting info Probate Pros should have provided last year. What's up w/that? How does this happen? Three major screw-ups, by Probate Pros on one action: 1) Unknown name in main body of paperwork. 2) Corrected version not delivered to Oakland County before Zoom court date. 3) Final, signed, sworn statement from Zoom session not delivered to Oakland County to place on docket for completion. *No follow-up on receipt of docs by Oakland County Probate. Ever. *No follow-up on status of case, before billing, or on payment. *No proof-reading docs Where dicompleted docs go?

So knowledgeable, helpful & prompt! I called many lawyers and Darren was the only one to call me back, plus he did so within the hour! What a relief! I'M SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR EVERYONE @ THE PROBATE PRO! Highly recommend this Law Firm.

Attorney Darren Fling and his office was very helpful with giving me the right information and what paperwork I needed to settle my mom's estate. They were very curious and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend them.
