Michael Franklin was everything we could have hoped for in a probate lawyer. He was skilled, smart, dependable and he cared. He was clear about the timeline, what was needed. He followed through on what he said he would do and when he would do it. He was completely up front. He matched skill with giving a damn. I recommend him 100%. We were very luck to have found him. Brandon Thomson did a phenomenal job of walking our family through the Medicaid process when my father had to be placed in a nursing home. He educated us and through his services the court ruled that my mother could keep the assets that my parents worked their entire lives to earn. Overall he saved my parents tens of thousands of dollars and allowed my mother to continue to live in the manner that she lived in prior to my dad going into the nursing home. It also gave my dad the peace of mind that my mom was taken care of and would not need to depend on her children to support her financially.
