Great Attorney. Would recommend hiring on any type of case. He got me out of a resisting arrest charge and kept me out of jail having one of the most strict judges in Oakland county.

Amazing attorney. Definitely knows what’s best for you in the court room and for your case. He reads all the info about your cases and listens to you and your needs. He has worked wonders on my cases getting me the best due to past history making my cases harder but he knows what he’s doing. I love this guy for making my life a little easier. My recommendation for legal representation regarding any type of DUI or drug allegation is Attorney Derrick E. George! Here is my story. I was arrested and charged with a DUI. This had an immediate effect on my family and career. Overnight I had legal constraints ranging from no physical license to not being able to enter Canada, which was a requirement for my job. To add insult to injury this all played out live in my workplace as news of the arrest went viral. My family, who depends on me being the provider, was suddenly dragged into the situation as well. The police evaluated my situation and made some assumptions with the understanding the court would sort out the facts of the case; in their mind I was guilty. Unfortunately, these statements are taken as the truth when viewed by the world and even those close to you. When I read the bold print and the description of what the police documented about me, it was overwhelming, and I felt incredibly intimidated on how to resolve this matter. Mr George and his colleagues worked dilligently and strategically on my case to get it resolved in the absolute best case scenario possible. I was facing 5 years in prison and a felony DUI and was properly represented every step of the way. I got my first OWI in Troy, but I am also underaged. I also had a high BAC in this case and I was going 20 over the speed limit. I’m obviously in some deep trouble with all of this because I’m underaged. Mr. George asked me what my goals and expectations were for this situation which I didn’t expect. I more expected to be told what will happen and what my best case scenario would be. He treated me respectfully and really wanted to work towards what I wanted. The best part though is that he EXCEEDED my goals! The charges were reduced and I can go on with my life knowing that this won’t follow me. Im self employed where i manage many rental properties and being mobile and self reliant on my own transportation is key. I unfortunately was charged with my 2nd owi and this time my BAC level put me at a "super drunk". In the city of royal oak, no less which is typically really hard on DUI cases. I’m a truck driver from the Bronx who’s routes take me to all different states around the country. I was stopped by a cop in Monroe michigan for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, which I did try to do but couldn’t in enough time.
