Don't understand how these guys have almost a five-star rating. Their attorney Charles was bad at getting back to the case, he let things linger and never updated or followed up. When they get back to you they're very apologetic making you feel for their side of the situation. They should be helping out with finding other options and savings accounts, instead you accept their apology but in return it causes a small bit of discouragement, where you want to just take care of things because it's been so long. So then you end up using their savings account partner Citizens Bank to make things easy, so you accept their first offer of just putting it in their partnership citizens savings account. I'm going to be investigating the situation, they honestly put me in a situation where I made wrong choices. They're partnership with citizens savings account that only yields .01% and should be around .2% . All they're doing is making the situation for easy money on their part. It isn't much to file this paperwork and especially if you have partnerships with banks as far as setting up children's protective accounts. They make an arm and a leg, they hardly do any work for what you get. Then the bank gets to make thousands of dollars off of your money when you make pennies.. They're sorrowful apologies and everything else allow you to be manipulated. People don't realize that they're being cheated out of thousands of dollars of interest by their partnership with citizens. So basically all the work they did is for nothing. Because you don't want your money sitting in this low interest account, so everything that they did now I have to do again to move the money. There was no point in them even doing anything to begin with. I'm filing a complaint with Michigan bars association for the return of the funds that they accumulated by organizing this botched deal with Citizens Bank.
