I was sued by my step-father's girlfriend regarding my handling as the estate personal representative. It was very messy and my stepfather had funds, stocks and real estate which needed to be liquidated. Another attorney referred me to Amber. I had never been sued before and was terrified about any personal liability that could result due to my assignment as estate personal rep.
