I needed help for my child, for him to have an court conservator removed over his trust fund. Mr. Finding spoke with me, gave me information concerning actions I can take. He was wonderful and so helpful. Very happy with the assistance I received.

Darren Findling was a great help with the questions and answers to my problem. He also was able to guide me through the process of giving me the links for probate forms and questions that I needed help with. I would refer him to anyone who is in need of legal help absolutely would give him 5 stars. Thank you again Darren for your assistance and guidance during my time of legal needs and answering the legalities of my situation. It was well worth the time and was very patient with me as well…. I contacted the Findling law firm end of February 2022 about the current child custody case im going through, and a few days later I sent in payment to retain their services for $3,500.00. I chose Findling law firm by their google reviews, which now I realize was a huge mistake. I was set up with Cassandra Sluder as my attorney for this case. We communicated a few times through email and after a month or so, I noticed it was taking Cassandra a long time to respond to my emails which happened twice. Also Cassandra never once gave me her direct contact phone number, the only way I could contact was by calling the law firms general number or sending an email to Cassandra. I had emailed Cassandra asking what are the typical steps for a child support case, what info I needed to get to her and approximately how long does she feel this case would take to come to a final resolution. I hadn't heard from Cassandra in 5 days in response to my email, on the 6th day I had called the firm and they told me Cassandra was on vacation, although she never told me this, or gave me any heads up saying she wouldn't be available for this entire week. A few weeks went by and I had contacted Cassandra again with questions about my income and documentation needed. I contacted her on a Friday and by Tuesday she still had not responded. At this point I had grown frustrated as 1. She was always taking way too long to respond to any of my questions, communication was very bad on her part, and # 2 I had asked for a direct contact and still had not received this info from her. Id have to call the main number, wait for the operator then ask for her extension and always get voicemail never knowing what was going on. The following day after not hearing from Cassandra for 5 days again, I called the owner and told him I'm firing this firm and I'll need to move on and find a different attorney/firm. The owner (Daniel Findling) called me the following day and stated he would take on the case and he also stated he'd talk to me in person free of charge about what i was hoping to accomplish with this custody case and my current situation. Same situation with Daniel. He never spoke to me before my last court date (July 20 which was the last time I spoke with Daniel, 34 days ago!!!!) which was a parenting time hearing, and the motion that was filed. I was left hanging on a zoom call for the hearing, and never connected to the hearing or had any say in the hearing. After the hearing I was left with no visitation during the week as my son already had weekly plans every Wednesday during that time, that was filed in the motion. My sons mom got to pick what weekends she would allow me to see my son, since Daniel didn't specify which weekends I could see my son, the motion just said 2 weekends a month that the parents could agree on. (Why not ask for every other weekend, but Daniel never talked to me) As well Daniel specified no holidays, which now means I do not get to see my son on any holidays. Also Daniel never sent me a copy of the parenting time agreement, and never responded to the last 3 emails I've sent him and his firm on August 1, 2, and 11th. As of today August 24, 2022. Daniel has still yet to respond to any of my emails, answer any questions on this case, call me back on the phone, and never sent me a copy of the parenting time agreement. Now I'm out $3500 dollars and absolutely nothing was done for me, or in my favor. Just incredibly bad attorneys here. Obviously I was left with no choice but to fire Daniel and Findling law firm. I'm still trying to see my son, which is difficult to agree anything with his mom. I would not recommend this firm, Cassandra or Daniel as attorneys. I've been sent a bill for services after my initial $3500 was spent and since absolutely nothing was done in my favor, and my attorney didn't even talk to me about any of these issues beforehand, never sent me the parenting time agreement. I have no reason to pay for services that were not performed. My experience has been incredibly bad with Daniel, and the Findling law firm.
