The Daniel Findling Law Firm, PLC is unprofessional and unresponsive. Daniel and I have never not once spoke on the phone or in person ever. How do you not know who hired you? I was told by the lawyer Dan D (The lawyer I originally retained) who was fired by Dan F that the case would not exceed the original retainer as long as the case did not have any additional work involved. It did not. Dan F did not prepare any paper work at all. The judgment was prepared by opposing consul. The Daniel Findling Law Firm, PLC over billed and exaggerated the amount of time actually involved. It was cut and dry I read the entire judgement in 9 minutes. They billed for almost 3 hours. Dan F never sent a bill or spoke to me about anything prior. Dan F may have sparkling reviews from other clients. He did me wrong from the day he fired Dan D. The person who Dan F assigned to the case after had no clue what was going on. 45 days after Dan D was let go someone finally contacted meat I did not have any representation until Dan D returned my text after texting him many times to inform me he no longer worked there. I called to inquire. It took 2 weeks for a return phone call not from Dan F. I have left Dan F 5 Messages for a return phone call to discuss. My calls have never been returned. There were many other issues with regard to how the case was handled. Buyer beware. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Mathew E

I spoke with four attorneys prior to calling Darren Findling, the Probate Pro. None of the other attorneys knew what they were talking about, and merely spoke in generalitites. Darren Findling on the other hand, knew exactly what advice he was giving me, and it was accurate. He really knows his probate law, and I strongly encourgae others to use him. I am glad I consulted with him, and look forward to his invlolvement on my nehalf in my pending probate matter.
