Aric was very professional and nice. He was willing to spend a few minutes with me on the phone discussing my options as a property owner in regards to my former property management company.

Hired Aric to help out with some Legal Financial issues. He always kept his appointments and was prompt. He knew exactly how to carry himself in court and how to Mentor us in what to expect. He knows his job well and I would use him again!

Aric was wonderful to work with! He was reliable and consistently in touch. I hired Aric to help monitor all of the paperwork for purchasing my house (the sellers were not going through a Real Estate agent) so Aric reviewed all of that paperwork and would then present it to me. I was often traveling and didn't spend as much time looking over the papers as I should have so Aric would call me up and fill me on things I had missed. I really appreciated his dedication on looking everything over triple times because he found a few mistakes that could have had consequences for me down the road. Also regarding price, I checked out a few lawyers in the Berkley, RO and Birmingham area and Aric quoted me an exact price which is exactly what he ended up charging me. (This was super important to me because I've been in situations before in the past where I'm told one price by a lawyer and then my bill ends up being full of all sorts of small charges and fees I was not projecting, this was NOT the case with Melder & Melder which I really appreciated!) I would definitely work with Melder & Melder again if I ever were to require their services in the future!

I worked with Aric Melder (in lieu of a Realtor) throughout the process of offering to purchase a home through the closing. He knows his stuff and had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. His schedule was flexible enough to meet my demanding work schedule when we needed to meet in person. That says a lot as I'm sure his schedule is pretty hectic. I would gladly recommend Aric and his firm for your real estate needs. In fact I am still working with him for other services (will, PoA, and Patient Advocate).

I have utilized Aric and his team for 8 years now. Aric first helped my family with an estate issue that had to be litigated, then helped me with my divorce and other issues pertaining to that down the road.I trust Aric. Melder & Melder has assisted myself and family with several items from divorce, real-estate and bankruptcy over the last few years.
