THis has been a nightmare. I was falsely convicted of reckless driving in the Clarkston kangaroo court and lost my license. Lowell has been my only hope and assurance of ever getting a drivers license back . He even stuck by me when I'd had more than I could take and took it out on him. For this, i publicly apologize. I have a complex complicated case and no possibility of successfully getting through the hearing process, which of all the 50 states, has been described as the worst and most unfair. The only thing in years, that they did not do, was to find out if I could actually drive. It's a money grab, and essentially a sobriety program designed to make as many people rich as possible. At your and my expense. I highly recommend this team. If you are tired of getting screwed by the system, give Lowell a call, he can help. Above and beyond all expectations here. I gave up and he didnt. He wouldnt let me quit. At last the license was restored. The state never once tried to determine whether or not I could actually drive safely, this was just a combination money grab/drug and alcohol program designed to cost the driver as much money as possible whilst giving it to the counselors, testing businesses, lawyers, even the gasoline companies. We got a victory, and without the expertise of this law firm, it would have been impossible. Driving isn’t a privilege, it’s a right, it’s a human right. The law fails to recognize that fact, but it is. One cannot live a normal life without driving. A person has the right to move about the surface of the planet like any other person. You are naturally able to use modern inventions like cars and trucks like everyone else. More so, if you build your own vehicle. The roads belong to the people who merely pay the government to maintain them for our use.
