Last year, because I threatened to divorce him, my spouse took my daughter away from me and filed for ex-parte divorce while I was involuntarily committed in a psych ward. I thought that If I approached the divorce amicably, he could learn to trust me again. So I hired Randy. Randy made the legal aspect of the divorce easier, but after I asked him to file for unsupervised parenting time, he released me as a client. I don't believe he ever truly respected me.

Great experience overall having Randy Pitler as my attorney. Randy understands how challenging it is to navigate through the divorce process and the associated items that come up with co-parenting post-divorce. Randy is professional, efficient, and personable. The collaborative process takes away the the ugliness of what most believe the divorce process to hold. “Filing” is done at the end of a series of well-managed meetings of both parties and the team where you come to an agreement that keeps your focus on what is important (kids, other family members, whatever it is that you agree on). I highly recommend Randy, especially because of his competence and exceptional knowledge of the collaborative process and his ability to keep us true to the positive process that it is.

I hired Randy after my husband researched amicable divorces, and we met with him. He was patient, and understanding of our situation offering ideas to help us come to an agreement. When my situation turned tumultuous, Randy did not ask for any more money, and spent so much time talking to me, giving his legal o pinion, and helping guide me in a way that I was not going to be taken advantage or or bullied by my soon to be ex husband. He actually offered other attorneys for me to get second and third opinions from openly as he knew how nervous I was about the process.
