Lack of communication and responsiveness
“They do not communicate, answer the phone, return phone calls or emails or respond to documents uploaded to their portal. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.”

Questionable business practices
“6 months after starting the program, I found out I was OVER $5000 more in debt than when I started; and I had faithfully stayed away from making any more debt after starting the program!! I realized at the end of the program, I would be literally in MORE debt than I was when I started even after paying them over $21000.”
