Marc Hart is a shining light in a world of darkness. I got my first DUI driving home from a party the next morning, was in a very irritable mood and was charged with super drunk and resisting arrest. I refused a breathalyzer, the police were terrible to me.. Marc got all of the discovery and guess what? CASE DISMISSED. He was so understanding with me. He really fought for me and told my story, and backed up with evidence and the way I was treated it got thrown out of court. He has deep ties as he was a former prosector himself. I highly reccommend him to anyone with legal troubles. Five stars.
