I had some things at my criminal record from years ago that I wanted to get expunged, I read all kinds of blogs and things around the Internet and how you could do this, there is a lot more to this than you would think so I decided to retain a lawyer, I saw a website for Mrs. Babi, Did a little research and contacted her, from the moment I contacted her I knew she was absolutely the one I wanted to help me with this, I Read that if you don't get this right the first time you have to wait three years to try again, Again another reason why I went with a lawyer, from the very first conversation on the phone Mrs. Babi had me completely comfortable, I never once stressed over this, this takes about eight or nine months she told me, she gave me a list of what she wanted from me, I got all the letters of support and stuff I needed, and she handled everything from there, I think it took around nine months but everything was expunged, Mrs. Babi is very very organized, She Told me from the beginning she likes to know the people she's representing, when she goes in front of the judge,She wants to be able to talk Like she knows you and that's exactly how she does it, I wouldn't say we are friends who are gonna go bowling together but I definitely feel like I know her as a person, she's awesome, there's people on here that say you don't need to retain a lawyer for expungement but I think that is crazy, this is a legal proceeding, if you don't cross the T's and dot the I's you will not be able to do this, If you deserve this blessing to have all of your mistakes from your past removed from your record Mrs. Babi is 100% the person you want to help you through it, I would definitely recommend her.

I would recommend Carly to anyone. She worked out a payment plan with me that helped out, put together a great memo for the judge and walked me through the whole process!! Without her I do not think I would have been able to get my record expunged!!
