Walter made this process so easy from beginning to end. My mother filed for bankruptcy using his firm. He was very knowledgeable, set all the expectations and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend his service.

Getting into a bankruptcy can be scary, but Walter and Ted were nothing but wonderful through the whole process. They let me know exactly what to expect not only in opening a bankruptcy but converting my bankruptcy when my situation changed, and sometimes went above and beyond what was required of them on my behalf. If you trust in and follow their advise and instructions, a stressful process can go surprisingly smooth. Highly recommended!

Can’t give enough stars for both Walter and Ted. I started in a chap 13 and Ted was very helpful and amazing throughout the process. When I lost my job unexpectedly, I had to convert to a chapter 7 and this was an incredibly difficult and stressful time. I couldn’t have made it through without Walter’s help and guidance (seriously). I was able to get a relatively complicated case discharged recently, without losing my home or vehicle. Bankruptcy isn’t fun but I would recommend Walter to anyone, instantly - he knows what he’s doing, he understands the system and has extensive experience with the courts and I really did feel like I was in the best hands and being taken care of. Can’t say enough good about this practice - 6 months ago I was at the end of my rope financially and incredibly stressed and today all of that stress is gone. Best decision I’ve made (albeit difficult) but I advise anyone going through this difficult process to get a GOOD lawyer who cares about their clients - hands down, Walter for chapter 7 and Ted for chapter 13 are the best in the business, honestly! Thank you so much for navigating this incredibly difficult and emotional process with me!!

Very professional listen to me, I visit his office a few times. I took paperwork to Mr. Metzen, as requested made copies told me what to aspect if, I had calls to give them his number it took a lot of pressure off my back.
