I was told by several different attorneys that my son wasn't eligible for disability. I knew he was eligible because I know people with the same disability who qualified for disability payments. I was very frustrated until I called Jessica. She was so caring and understanding and was glad to accept the case and assured me that she could help me. We went to court and won the case. Through out the whole process Jessica was always very friendly and glad to answer my questions. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is very, very smart and knowledgeable about the law. Never returned my phone call

In January 2019 i hired Mr Popielarz for my SSD case. He was very professional and definitely knows the procedures to file. He explained every step to this difficult procedure to me along the way and sometimes more than once. I met with him in person both for signing of papers but also anytime i wanted to speak to him by phone or in person. HE always returned my calls. I never had to speak to anyone else regarding my case. We won my case in October 2019 after a disability hearing. He continued to stay in contact with me after HIS check was issued. When i questioned him he stated " its my job to make sure you get your money". He made sure my monthly pymts came also. I would highly recommend Mr. Popielarz to anyone looking for a SS attorney.
