Everyone I have spoken to is SO RUDE and unprofessional!! With the exception of Debbie (she is absolutely wonderful!)

The rudeness was so unnecessary. It was petty and just down right nasty. Why a reputable company would use this organization is beyond me. I rate them the absolute worse.

Very unprofessional, rude, and heartless. My Soc Sec # was attached to a judgement I have nothing to do with and it is negatively impacting my credit. I reached out to get it removed and they told me if I faxed my license and soc card it would be removed. I had to get a new soc card sent to me so it took a while to get it to them. When I finally get it to them though they already sent it out to wherever they send it to and now I have to contact three different company's to hopefully get it removed!? They KNEW it was wrong and sent it out anyways. Granted, it took a couple months to get my card sent to me and to contact them so that is all my fault but still they KNEW it was WRONG and sent it out anyways. Disgusting people.
