Susan is a good attorney. After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to take a moment to give my input. None of Susan's cases are easy, I am sure. She has many years of experience, and her knowledge is remarkable. She is kind yet to the point. In CPS cases, she is the child's attorney, not the parents attorney, and her decisions are appropriately made for the children she represents. I do not believe she cares about money, as most of her career has been about representing cases pro bono. I thank her for not just our experience so far but for all the cases she has had in the past. Darrell and his staff were excellent. He took the time to explain what we needed done on our will and more. His staff was very excellent and friendly. I had to deal with another issuer and he was great! I would recommend hm to all! Denny

My husband was in a serious auto accident, and he has access to attorneys through his employer. Out of several choices of law offices available, we chose to call Zolton. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude (she was on speaker so I could hear her). My husband had just started to tell her that he was in an auto accident, when she interrupted and asked if we had contacted our insurance company. My husband told her yes, we already took care of that part. Her next words were, "So why are you calling us?" She spoke in such a snotty way, like she was upset that we bothered her at 9:00 AM. It was then that my husband told her to never mind - we would call someone else on the list and he hung up. As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression," and how true that is! Zolton might have great attorneys, but we'll never know because their secretary drove us away as possible clients. We will never recommend Zolton to anyone, especially when there's a huge pool of law offices out there to choose from!

While he does not directly represent me, Mr. Zolton has proven that he is an effective communicator and a strong asset regarding a case involving my family. He is effective in court and I would recommend him to anyone who is involved in a real estate issue.

She is very biased in CPS cases. She is in favor of the children continuing to be held hostage. If the children are returned to their parents she doesn't get paid. Don't trust this criminal.

I got a lawyer that convinced me to get guardianship of my dad. As far as I'm concerned she should've told me that it's not worth doing cuz he has nothing and as soon as I got guardianship I asked her to take me off and she wouldn't. She got away with alot cuz it's COVID how wrong I think that she works with health source
